Dream Kids Studio – Terms & Conditions

Please read these guidelines carefully before registering your child. By completing the enrollment, you agree to the following terms set forth by Dream Kids Studio.

1. Paid Activity

Dream Kids Studio operates as a paid activity. Every participant must complete the payment in accordance with the selected registration plan before availing any services or shoot dates.

2. Official Registration Only

Register your child exclusively through the official Dream Kids Studio website or authorized partner platforms. This ensures your booking is tracked, verified, and eligible for all promised deliverables.

3. No Personal Transactions

Payments should never be made to personal accounts or individuals. Dream Kids Studio is not responsible for any funds transferred outside our official payment channels (website checkout or verified payment links).

4. Shoot Timeline

Once registration is confirmed, your child is scheduled for a compulsory photoshoot within a maximum of 45 days (1 month and 15 days). Our coordination team will contact you with exact dates and prep details.

5. Clothing & Makeup

Dream Kids Studio covers the entire creative direction for the shoot, including designer outfits, professional styling, and makeup. Parents do not need to arrange or bring additional wardrobe unless requested for specific concepts.

6. Travelling Allowance

Travel, stay, or commute expenses are not reimbursed. Dream Kids Studio's responsibility is limited to the following on shoot day:

  • Studio space and on-set coordination
  • Professional photographer & supporting crew
  • Makeup, hair, and styling team
  • Designer clothing curated for the shoot

7. Parent Entry Policy

To maintain a calm and efficient environment, only two parents or guardians are permitted inside the studio during the photoshoot session. Extended family and friends are kindly requested to wait in designated lounge areas (if available) or outside the premises.
